Can the password be cracked?

Only by guessing. With a strong 12+ character password (mixed letters, numbers, symbols) it would take billions of years on current hardware. With a weak password (like "1234" or "password"), it can be cracked in seconds — choose wisely.

Will the password work on iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows?
