**Order matters — and you control it**

PDF pages are merged in the exact order you select the files. Select your cover page PDF first, then chapters in order, then appendices last — and that is exactly how they appear in the merged output. If you need to reorder files after selecting them, simply remove and re-add them in the correct sequence.
