Converting to MP3 means decoding the AAC audio stream and re-encoding it as MP3 using the MPEG-1 Audio Layer III codec. **Output quality**

EaseToolz extracts audio at 192kbps MP3 quality — effectively CD quality. At 192kbps, the output is indistinguishable from the original audio for all practical purposes on consumer headphones and speakers. The quality of the MP3 output is limited by the quality of the audio track in the original MP4, not by our converter.
