If you are not satisfied with EaseToolz Pro for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. No forms to fill. Just email us.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] from your account email address.
  2. Subject: "Refund Request — [your email]"
  3. We will process your refund within 2 business days.
  4. Refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

You do not need to explain why you want a refund. However, any feedback you choose to share is appreciated and helps us improve.

Eligibility

  • Eligible: Any paid plan (monthly or yearly) within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Not eligible: Requests made after 7 days of the charge date.
  • Not eligible: Accounts that have already received a refund for a previous payment.
  • Not eligible: API plan charges where the account has consumed more than 50% of the monthly quota.

Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund within 7 days of the annual charge, you receive a full refund. After 7 days, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining months, but you can cancel to stop the next year's renewal.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund — you must email us to request one within the 7-day window. After cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

Free Trial

Our free trial requires no credit card and includes no charges. There is nothing to refund for a free trial. Your trial automatically ends (or converts to a paid plan only if you actively enter payment details).
